St Croix

St. Croix was designed in Italy to display a sophisticated and subtle crackle surface. Each hide is touched with oil and soft waxes then receives a light polish to create a rich color burst when pulled, which creates the authentic leather look referred to as a pull-up leather. Expect St. Croix to recover if lightly scratched by gently rubbing the surface. Appreciate characteristics such as scars, belly wrinkles, scratch marks, and insect bites, which are signatures only genuine leather can exhibit. If exposed in direct sunlight, fading will occur. Due to the natural characteristics of leather, color variation is
an inherent feature of St. Croix. Each hide is unique, and differences in dye absorption can result in color variations from hide to hide, as well as between full hides and the swatches we provide.
