Developed through a close collaboration with a skilled artisan in Brazil, whose own name inspired the article, Ana reflects the precision, care, and creativity that shaped its unique look. Her expertise helped achieve the hand-wiped effect we envisioned, an artisanal touch that can’t be replicated by machinery. Each hide is individually hand-wiped, revealing dimensional highs and lows that give Ana its depth and lived-in appearance. Due to this process, color variations are both expected and appreciated, resulting in a leather that feels naturally aged to perfection—with no two hides ever exactly alike.
